Family First Play Therapy Centre Inc. offers specialized services
for children and families experiencing emotional, attachment, social
and behavioural problems. Like adults, children sometimes need help
in sorting out their feelings from the life experiences they have
had. Children most often are not able to express these feelings with
words, but will show them through their actions.
The following is a small list of why a child may benefit from the

Experiences sleep disturbances (nightmares, unsettled sleep)
